Rx. Salviae Miltiorrhizae Dan Shen 3-15g Invigorates the Blood, dispels Blood Stasis, cools the Blood and reduces abscesses.
Carapax Trionycis Bie Jia 9-30g Invigorates the Blood, promotes menstruation, softens hardness and dissipates nodules.
Rx. Scrophulariae Xuan Shen 7-30g Clears Heat, cools the Blood, nourishes Yin, softens hardness, dissipates nodules, drains Fire and relieves toxicity.
Caulis Sargentodoxae Hong Teng 9-30g Clears Heat, resolves toxicity, invigorates the Blood, disperses Stasis and stops pain.

With San Leng, for Qi and Blood Stagnation with clumping and accumulation leading to pain with distending pain in the chest, epigastrium and abdomen, amenorrhea, dysmenorrhea, uterine myoma and ovarian cysts.
